BH has been installing and finishing floors in Calgary and the surrounding areas since 1999. We specialize in installing and finishing site finished hardwood floors. Using dustless sanding equipment and low odor stains and finishes, we ensure that you and your family are impacted minimally by our work. We also do extensive work with pre-finished materials, including pre-finished hardwood, engineered hardwood, laminate and cork.

Site finishing hardwood floors involves nailing down unfinished tongue and grove hardwood boards then filling, sanding and finishing onsite. Site finished floors offer the most choice in terms of wood grain and quality, colour, custom stains, finishes and board widths.
Finishing a floor onsite creates a smooth consistent polyurethane (plastic) coating with no grooves or bevels between the boards. Easier to clean and maintain!
We use dust containment sanding systems and low odour water based finishes. Our site finished floors are installed with minimal intrusion to the homeowner.

Prefinished Floors
Pre-finished floors are milled and finished in the factory. Once the floor is installed it is ready for use - no onsite finishing is required. Choose your favourite style among the following prefinished materials:
